Surveyors also have access to integrated comparable data sources to aid valuation analysis and have the ability to capture electronic site notes, photographic evidence and digital floor plans*, providing further evidence to support a report. All information gathered is seamlessly formatted into an electronic report with supporting site note documentation and securely stored online to help defend possible claims and provide an easy accessible audit trail, saving considerable time on administration.
